System introduction
Dcs-50-ct-f explosion-proof paint filling machine adopts the method of underwater filling in the barrel, which is widely used in the filling of various liquid materials such as paint, ink and so on. The filling head is made of 304 stainless steel + Teflon, which makes the filling head resistant to high temperature, corrosion and dripping. The operator simply put the barrel mouth on the top of the scale and align it with the lower part of the filling head outlet, pull the [operation switch] on the control box to [automatic], and the system will automatically start filling. First, the filling gun head will automatically extend into the barrel bottom, and then add nitrogen according to the set time. After completion, the material will be quickly filled into the barrel. After filling, the filling head will automatically close the valve and rise, and manually push the packaging barrel to the right, and the filling is completed, When filling the second barrel, after the operator places the empty barrel directly under the filling head, the system will automatically start filling when his hand leaves the barrel without touching the switch again.
