It is a highly automated filling equipment. Suitable for manufacturers with high production output and large packaging workshop area. Filling process of the machine: Place the empty packing pail on the weighing platform manually, after the machine senses the weight of the pail, the control system automatically starts to metering and filling. When the set filling weight is reached, the filling valve will automatically close, and the packing pail will be transport to the position of the lid placing device to place the lid, after the action is completed, it will be conveyed to the capping device and then the finished product will be automatic output to the next station.

Field of application: It is suitable for automatic metering and filling of viscous products such as natural stone paint, spackling paste, textured paint and so on. Dual mode capping system, can meet the capping demand of iron buckets and plastic buckets by one machine.
